  • @lillyflower321 Mind if I hangout with you for a day? lol

  • I live in Titusville! i watch theese allllll the time!! all i have to do is walk outside my house and just sit down and watch it. Floridians have no idea how lucky we are to have the shuttle. it is amazing when you watch from upclose. my mother works at NASA ^_^

  • @deinemuse glad it worked out for you. And yeah leaving is insane! Sometimes we wait for the rush to go first.

  • @deinemuse Hi, Just back from my Fla trip and saw the Feb 24 launch from Paul's Smokehouse. Did turn out as the best place to be. We sat on the lawn, on the shore's edge plus had the benefit of Paul's restaurant throughout the day. Got there at 10:30AM, after that the parking lot was full. Paul's charged $10 to park, but it was a bargin. Glad I wasn't one of those poor souls parked along the road edge sitting among the weeds, bugs and ants. Getting out of Titusville however 3hrs was a nightmare

  • @henrynevins Yeah but you're 2 miles closer. I'm oing to be there for that one. I had a chance to get VIP tix and i didn't, but I will for the next one.

  • @deinemuse Thanks much for your reply and info, Paul's Smokehouse is were my family and I will then be on Feb 24th. The view in your video is excellent, I couldn't ask for more. From the NASA visitor center videos the view absolutely stinks, plus costs big bucks. They've sold out months ago, but on ebay a NASA Causeway ticket is selling for $1,000ea and Visitor Ctr at $330 for two. I would have wasted money, plus no view. Thanks again.

  • @henrynevins It was at Paul's Smokehouse! It is probably the second best place to see the launch, but get there early and bring chairs/blankets. You can park right across the street. for free too. Good luck and enjoy. We were going to to the next launch, but it kept being postponed.
