I want John to hurry up and re-release Smile from the Streets You hold.
-
@Theshark15z Yeah I think John's raw emotionality combined with the lo-fi recording just made all his material seem really raw and honest in a compelling way. I think the stream of consciousness composition helped in this regard too.
First two solo albums are far and away the best I think.

I wish John would still record his material in Lo -Fi like he did with Niandra Lades and Usually Just a T-Shirt.

thanks ;)

@MyLoVeLyMaN the title "smile from the streets you hold" doesn't really mean anything, its the end of one line of a song and the start of another line: "i see your smile from the streets / you hold an...."
-
@MyLoVeLyMaN it means rustling :)
-
I imagined you were misunderstanding ;)
Frusciante is an italian surname, so the meaning is quite clear to me! (and you were right!) ;)
-
@MyLoVeLyMaN :) i thought you were talking about "frusciante"... sorry :D
-
with "rustling" or "whisperer" ( i know the meaning) are you referring to what..? bath?
I was asking about the title "smile from the streets you hold" :)
This song just oozes with raw emotion. I can't watch the video for it though, it breaks my heart.... :-(
