What I think is this ... There must be something going on between hemraj n aarushi from many days...hemraj must be calling her or she might be calling him.. So first they switched the mobile by 9:30 pm so that their plan is not distracted also they mute the ringer of landline. After sometime they must have caught hemraj n aarushi red handed. They first hemraj from back because he is more stronger n chances of catching him later is difficult. Then they hit aarushi..

Then they hit aarushi.. After that slit both of them then they drag hemraj bodies to the terrace n closed the door behind the terrace and dress up the evidence.. If there was physical assault or rape aarushi would have shouted n wake the parents.. Actually they never wanted hemraj's body to be found so that he remains the prime suspect.. They might have tried moving his body away from home that's the reason his body was wrapped up but they were not able to do due to Lot of reasons.
