  • its a great vid a looks great but i have to agree with @mishaloka i think to call it a terrine it has to be prepared in a square/rectangle dish with a tight fitting lid... or like a bread loaf dish that with a home made lid with weights on it... then left over night and cooked the next day... i would actually just call this rolled stuffed smoked salmon... not a terrine.. but it is gud for my home country to be doing something like this... if only regalsalmon got it right...
