I made this video for Norma, to help her with her article in the Parelli Savvy Times: "I Got NO Rhythm." It demonstrates moving in time with the music, in half-time, and in double-time. Using James Brown's strong beat, one can learn to move in synch with the music. Then when riding, the synchronizing will become easier to feel.
