Sweet. I've also played around with the app a bit, and I've posted up a video of my first composition. It's ambient music. I really enjoy your subtle use of the app.

@rndmcnlly I had an app, can't recall the name, that was for the iPhone that had sleep tracks and did low base sounds, etc. that actually worked well with sleep but the tracks were no where near as good as the stuff that the dialpad does... As i said previously, love to see that incorporated with an app... I'd pay for it.

@rndmcnlly I love the music from this thing... I have an Epic, I only wish you'd do something like this in a format of track lists for an app. This stuff is so relaxing that I can quickly sleep to this. There's nothing better.

@dexexday Ah, stereo effects, that's what the magic was. I generate monaural sound because I only thought to design it for the one speaker of the speakerphone, but I guess everyone has stereo headsets.
I'm the developer of this app. I'm glad to see other people have figured out that more interesting music comes when you are more subtle than mashing your finger around and never letting go of the screen. The silence between notes adds a lot in your video.
What device did you record this with?

@rndmcnlly Hey nice to hear from you! Congrats on making such a fun app too, ive had hours of fun just sitting with it, composing simple pieces like this.
To record I simply hooked up the 3.5m jack on my HTC Hero to my external sound card and run it into Cubase 5. I used a few VSTs on various sections to add chorus, reverb and other filters.
