Is it difficult to get proper intonation on a pipe organ? I know that with a guitar, one string affects the others when they resonate. So in the case of your pipe organ, let's say you use a sophisticated method to tune each pipe, will it need re-tuned in order to sound 'correct' when other notes are playing against each other? This is something about electronic organs that I like, tune each note and it's finished. Now if you have Conn Pipes ( speaker driven pipes) does intonation need adjusted?

Unlike a guitar, notes can only affect each other while they are playing, and the effect is very small. So it's good enough to tune each pipe individually. However, you have to figure out the average pitch of the organ before tuning. The whole organ moves a bit in pitch with temperature and humidity.
