Recently saw her at Magoons in St. Joe. I am pretty critical of Caucasion blues singers/guitar players. As George Carlin once said, white people don't get the blues, they GIVE the blues. Anyway, I was blown away. She reminds me of Bonnie Raitt in a lot of ways - her phrasing, her range, her voice - but she can work the guitar and I mean WORK it. Go see her. I promise you'll have a nice evening.
