Really Shobha? Dil Chahta hai? though good, It's like a common hollywood film...devdas is exotic and beautiful and different to the western eye and hence the attention.

@karszmn it was actually a very beautiful film that had some powerful performances and did an excellent job turning a mediocre novel into something fabulous.
