Monolith Blood: the most fucked up zombie of all time (p.s. insanity returns)

i found this mod called Old friend which is full of totally fucked up levels where you can find like 37 tchernobogs in a room or cerberuses or whatever....
I added the unfitting music because while playing there was as bg music caleb saying "show yourself" (the altar of stone). i wanted to share this video where i fight that.... thing which it looks like a stoned zombie lol.....
