Infuse cell radio problem?

Got a new Infuse (my old one had a defect in the screen) and I have noticed that the wireless radio for the cell towers is either messed up or week on this model. I used to get 5 bars continuous service with my other Infuse, but this one will only get 5 bars when I leave it alone. If I touch it in any way, the service drops by 1-2 bars. Is this a problem and should I get it replaced or repaired? I have Best Buy warranty haha. This is stock Froyo.

Its the whole phone that gets hot! Im not sure what the problem is but neither Att or Samsung will give me a new one so idk! I know my phone wont let me do much and the top of the scteen is at the bottom amd it wont let me make a call longer than 3 minutes!

My Infuse got so hot yesterday that it melted the back cover down to a liquid! Samsung or Att wont help me! Im thinking just switching to Verizon and getting an HTC!

@anthjamreful oh my, a liquid? Your phone shouldn't even be operable by that temperature! Is it an actual phone problem or battery overheating. It might just be a faulty battery! If AT&T wont replace, I believe if you had registered your phone, Samsung has like a 2 year warranty. Might wanna check them out!

I have a lot of problems with my Infuse and this is already my 3rd one but Att refuses to give me a different brand of phone! Does yours also have a overheating problem?

@anthjamreful haha im kinda in the same boat as you, Im now on my third Infuse but still its not perfect (This one now has a tiny dark spot that stays on screen :P ) the GPS doesn't lock like my 2nd one did. Wifi is weak, but I think its a problem with all Infuses. My first Infuse had 3 white blotches on the screen. So far BestBuy hasn't given me any trouble swapping them out. No overheating issues! Might wanna get that checked out!

And its because the phone get hot u cant feel it but it do from the screen and the battery and when u used it thats y they say try to keep the phone out of your pocket so it can get some air like wth lol

All u have to do is master reset the phone or call at&t and tell them that if they dont fix the problem u will have to go and say y do i pay a bill when my phone dont work then they will give u a new phone or a refurbished one

my infuse stopped working today .. did reboot.. connects with service for a while... then drops down.. was doing ok all day.. and tried to call didnt go through figured infuse was fucked .

Yes many of times! I just dont know who to contact for this matter!
