that kicks are like slaps, you need to turn your "non kicking foot" at the same time that your "kicking foot" reaches target, and in that very moment push with your hip in the direction of the kick in a really powerfull way, to make an explosive kick, that way you will be kicking with all your body, and not only with your foot like in this video...;)

していないからだと思うよ、
