@dijhili The Gulf oil spill wasn't actually an accident. An accident is you dropping a slice of pizza. You simply can't define something an accident when the people involved do everything to avoid all safety rules and deliberately endanger their own lives and deliberately ignore the consequences of their actions. They have set the system up for failure rather than success and the heavy monetary penalties for late completion illustrates that nicely. They did't focus on safety but only on profit.

Not very logical. Would you prefer the dismantling of Halliburton or BP? Should we also dismantle all the airlines and car manufacture because they too have accidents?
