"In George's Höhle" (In George's Cave) is a story about fleeting memory and what we do in order to keep our memories alive once they have escaped. The story was inspired by Susan Sontag and her writings, "On Photography."
Specs: Bolex H16 16mm Film Camera, Kodak Double-X Negative 100ft & Kodak Vision 3 500T 100ft film stock. Cinema Lab for black & white and color processing. Crosspointe used for telecine and digital transfer to miniDV tape.
Programs used: Final Cut Pro, Avid Media Composer 3, After Effects, Photoshop, Sony Vegas.

yeah we saw that one to... i thought in George's cave was much better... i hope my 16 mm film could be this good

@bleacherbumstv Yeah, this version was one of the earlier cuts. The one you saw in class was one of the more recent ones. My production 1 film was alright, but then again, it was shot on Super-8 and transferred through our in-house telecine, which isn't all that great.

@bleacherbumstv Yeah, I made this film last semester (Fall 2010) for my Production II class at Southern Illinois University Carbondale. Lilly also showed my film from my Production I course which was "Painting Trees."
