  • @Shulamitefire actually "no". unless your delievery system is in gel form which would more so be a beauty product, however in general and as far as what's available to 99% of human beings would be powdered capsul form in a natural vit C and not synthetic. What he speaks of is not available again to 99% of us. 10 years from now maybe but now nor is at an affordable price.

  • @DaytonaDavid The most bio-available delivery of C is to ingest it in lyposome form. Go the Vitamin C Foundation site and also LiveOnLabs site. Take care...

  • @OldSchoolSkill lmfao XD XD

  • if this man could get his message across as fast as he claims is vit C enters the cell there might be a chance people would listen to him AT ALL!!!

  • Actually vitamin C is not vitamin C. synthetic vit. c is actually made from a component of sugar and is actually only 1/3rd of actual "natural" vit.c. so, taking natural vit. c is best and not synthetic. then, never ever ever buy ANY vit. but especially vit.c in a hard pill form, which is what 99% of all vit/c is. Only buy and take vit. c in either a powdered capsule form or mixable powder to drink. For best absorption, take on an empty stomach in between meals but with meals is acceptable.
