its about an experience the Vanessa carlton had with the boy she gave her virginity too. She fell fast for a boy but the relationship never worked out and she leave him. look up the lyrics and it becomes more clear.

um i dont think the spinning bottle part of the song was literal. seeing them LITERALLY spinning bottles just cracked me up

Make your sims have very high relationships together and choose slow dance. there shuld be an option somewhere , oh and i think you have to choose it through a speaker thats turned on or something :)
