  • I loved this game as a kid! Granted it scared the heck out of me. I just wish I could get it to work on my computer now I apparently have the proper plugs in or what ever but the cd can't be read but I keep on trying : ) Also the lady in white in the hall way scared me so much back then hehe seems silly now though

  • I know what you mean. This game freaked me out growing up too. Have you ever played the 11th Hour which was the sequel to this?

  • are you useing an emultor if so ware you get it

  • No I'm actually filming this from the real thing.

  • why does it look like 16:9 ratio? there is no way there was a game released in 1994 that was 16:9 ratio.

  • hmm. . . I don't know. This was filmed before I had a capture device so I just filmed my TV. Maybe that's why it appears 16:9.

  • this is creepy

  • I believe this is the first CD game we bought when we got a CD-Drive for our computer back in 1993. Yes this game game scared me as a kid too lol, I think the part that scared me the most was the intro video and their was no way to skip it! lol. Are you planning on making another video that shows the rest of the house, and goes a bit more in depth. This was a good video but it mostly was the just the opening video to the game with no reviewing involved. Not complaining or anything.

  • 7:50 Illuminati

  • Oh yeh also Ego's lines of dialogue are missing in many sections which makes it all more confusing in this version

  • Yeah the cd-i version was in widescreen for some reason and the visuals were souped up. The PC version looks stale and old compared to this version. It's such a shame they messed this version up so bad. They chopped a couple of the puzzles, they put the scenes in the wrong order so they don't make much sense. This doesn't use the groovie engine it must be using some custom made philips one so it seems like philips put all their eggs in one basket with this title. Not sure how it sold....

  • Awesome, I can't believe they only ported this to the CD-i. All the pc fmv games that got ported to the 3DO, Sega CD, Saturn and PS1. Yet they don't port this. Yea it scared me as a kid and it was groundbreaking at the time. Around this time I played Myst, Scorched Earth, Dr. Sbaitso and 7th Guest. Games just got bigger and bigger after that on the PC.

  • You call this a review, and yet there's no review... You said like two sentences and played the introduction.

  • whoa this seems pretty creepy!

  • @Gamester81 Its actually pretty good graphics for the time, Great video!

  • 4:46 nice going moron! tell your wife you'll remember your anniversary too!
