My BIG, FAT, Christian Ranting

In this video, I don't hold back. It's a little of everything, I love a good rant, and while I'm not saying that this is a good rant, it is a rant regardless.

I tackle Christianity head on, and how they have hijacked everything from the Japanese earthquake/tsunami for their own devious purposes, to how they have used scare mongering such as "the end of the world is nigh", over the years to try to "frighten" people into believing their delusional claims. A real, all powerful god wouldn't need to resort to such infantile tactics.

Religion at its core is a mind virus that can only spread through contact. A collective delusion that requires willing subjects to forgo logic and reason in place of superstition and unsubstantiated claims. Faith.

Innoculate yourself against such superstition and foolishness. Religion teaches you to accept - not think. Thinking is the last thing it wants you to do - because through thinking and questioning, most people will be able to see through the lies of misinformation and fearmongering - then you will be able to reason out for yourself why their is no god - why it is all just a lie for the perpetuation of their power schemes.

"Pay no attention to that man behind the curtain!"

While I applaud your honesty - I don't think I could lay my beliefs bare like this - I have to take exception to your massive sweeping generalisation of Christians. I'm Christian, and I don't hate homosexuals, nor would I bomb an abortion clinic. You need to delineate between Christianity as a faith, and the kind of extremists who do all the awful things you allude to. Don't tar us all with the same brush, my friend.

So I have way too much to say... but I will say Great vid Man.. I will post a Vid response Monday.... I will probably surprise you and others with what I have to say but I feel it should be said. Regardless of my opinions or feelings of what you have said... Keep up the great work and I look forward in hearing/seeing more of your thoughts on these matters.. 99% of Christians get it wrong 100% of the time.
