Photoshop CS4: How to make a Brush just in 1 MIN

How to make a brush as ur signature , and it's the same way if u want to make a picture as a brush for EXP, u will need to do the same steps ! but i make it how to do ur own signature as a brush.
the font's are the beginning - ASHLEY -

and then - IREZUMI -

But did u try to go to any layer then RightClick---> Flatten Image

then try to go to the edit Menu ..

dose it work ?!
