Wait For You // A Nelena Movie [PART 6]

PART 6
I stand up and feel the warm sand against the bottom of my feet. I begin to walk down to the shore where the shallow waves are, I feel the cold salt water hit my feet and I stand there looking into the distance where various boats lay head. The breeze begins to blow my hair around. Then, Nick, in his swimming shorts, comes up beside me.

"Remember the last time we went to Santa Monica?" he asks me.
"Yeaa...it's been a long time, last time, you carried me into the water making me all wet," I say having a flashback.
"Ohh yea," Nick says grinning at me.
"What?" I ask noticing that he's staring at me for a long time.
"Hold on tight!!" he exclaims as he picks me up bridal style and begins to run into rushing waves.
"Nick!!!" I yell slapping his arms to let me go.

He slows down as a wave crashes onto us soaking us with salt water. He gently puts me down into the water and I feel shells under my feet as I spit out nasty salt water out of my mouth. I push Nick, he slips and falls into the water.

"HAH! That's what you get," I say looking down at my wet clothes,"How am I supposed to walk around all day in these clothes?"
"Borrow my clothes," Nick stands up as water drips down from his brown curls.
"Are you serious!?" I say glaring at him.
"Cmon you have nothing else to wear," he explains looking at my wet jeans and shirt that's see through because it got wet.
"Don't look at me like that," I slap his wrist and I drag myself out of the water

I walk up to the car and Nick unlocks the trunk. He gets one of his shirts and throws it at me.

"You expect me to walk around without pants all day?" I eye him thinking he's thinking about me in a wrong way.
"That shirt is long enough," he replies with a smirk.
"Fine...," I sigh hiding myself behind Joe's car.
"Don't you want to go change in the beach restrooms," Nick suggests.
"Eww it's icky there, now look away!!" I exclaim.
"Whatever...," he turns his back away from me.

I slip off my soaking skinny jeans and leave it on the asphalt. I take Nick's shirt and begin to put my right arm into one of the sleeves.

"Booo!!" Nick yells causing me to scream and throw his shirt in the air.
"NICK!!!" I yell picking up his shirt and covering myself with it.
"Sorry I couldn't resist," he grins at me.
"Such a perv...," I reply pushing him away from me as I quickly throw on his shirt.
"You put it on backwards," he laughs at me.
"Ugh!!" I take my arms out of the sleeves and turn it out around, putting it back on again.
"See you don't look bad, you look kinda hot," he looks at me up and down.
"I hate you," I pick up my wet shirt and pants and lay it out on the front of the car to dry.
"I love you in my shirt," he smiles walking up beside me.

I quickly walk away from him and go up to Demi, tapping her on her back.

"Oh wow!!" Demi exclaims looking at what I'm wearing.
"I had no choice ok!!" I yell.
"So you're wearing Nick's shirt? That's...nice?" she grins at me,"Why no pants?"
"He said his shirt is long enough to fit me...," I say standing up.
"Sure it is...," Demi replies.
"Hi ladies...anybody hungry?" Nick asks walking up to us.
"I'm not in the mood to eat lunch with a jackass...," I explain harshly.
"Don't be like that I said I'm sorry," Nick says putting his arm around me.
"Get your arm off of me," I shove him away and he falls to the sand.
"Gosh Selena...," Demi says as her eyes widen.
"Cmon don't be mad please don't be!!" Nick whines as he widens his eyes and makes his world-class "puppy face".
"You really think that's going to work?" I scoff.
"No, but I think this will," he picks me up by the waist and twirls me around.
"Ok ok ok put me down!!" I exclaim and he plants me safely on the ground.
"Now hug me," he smiles as he opens his arms wide.
"Fine...," I roll my eyes and hug him and he rubs my back.
"I miss hugging you," he says sweetly and I smile inside.
"Awww...," Demi's face lights up as she looks on.
