I'm 16 and i've lived in Nottingham all my life. It's not such a bad place compared to other citys in the UK, but there are the more dangerous spots, that you simply stay away from and mind your own buisness, luckily for me, my journey to and from school i walk through this neighborhood where people think their "gangster" and "dangerous" when really they're not at all.

Iam 38 years old and live in nottingham born and raised here in one of the "so called" worst parts and I think its not that bad at all, just keep yourself to yourself, dont be to flashy and avoid attracting to much attention to yourself, avoid eye contact with certain ppl and you'll be ok. apart from the random murders you hear about its mainly quite, the drug dealer hoody gangs dont really bother anyone, they just fight among themselfs when they cross paths. but if you not involved then your ok

notts is bless appart froom the police dont do there fucking job there always out pulling me and my mates in cars instead of stopping the real criminals theyd rather chat to youths on a local park when people are out shooting stabbing and shotting drugs !!
