NICKS POV-Its been hard without having Joe here to help me. But I have my parents. They have been here for two months. The babies have grown.a lot! I just miss Joe soo much. Today Ill get to see him. Today I get to see him, because today is his trail. Hopefully he gets bail.

Nick-(getting the babies ready.) Ok, you guys are ready to go. (smiles.)

Mom-Are you and the babies ready?

Nick-Yup. We can go now. (grabs a car seat.)

Mom-(grabs another one.)

Dad-(gets another one.) Lets roll. (they all leave.)

* AT THE COURT HOUSE *

Cop-Can you all stand up for the honorable Judge Dunkin (couldnt think of anything.)

Judge-Sit. What case do we have today?

Cop-(says the case.)

Joe-(walks in with two cops on the side and smiles at Nick.)

Nick-(smiles back.)

Judge-Ok, first testifier. (whatever there called.)

Jmom-(goes to the stand.)

Joe-(rolls his eyes.) Bitch.

Joes Lawyer-Mama, can you explain what happened on the night that your husband died?

Jmom-(fakes cries.) Ok. Well, my son killed my husband.

Law-Why?

Jmom-(sniffles.) Joe, was always jealous of his father.

Nick-(stands up and yells.) YOU LYING BITCH!!!

Judge-(hits his mallet.) Sir, sit down!

Law-Why was he jealous?

Jmom-Joe, is jealous of anyone that is better than him.

Nick-(stands up and yells again.)YOU DIRTY HO!!!

Judge-Sir! Now we will take time for the jury to deliberate.

* 5 hours later *

Judge-Has the jury cane up with the verdict?

Jury person-Yes your honor.(hands the paper to him.)

Judge-The jury has found the defendant guilty of first degree murder. The bail will be set at $523,789. He will be in prison for twenty years if you cant pay the bail.(leaves.)

Joe-(leaves.) I LOVE YOU NICK. I LOVE YOU BABY GIRLS!

Nick-(crying.) WE LOVE YOU TOO!!

Mom-(rubs Nicks back.) Come on babydoll, lets go home.

* AT HOME *

Nick-(lying in bed thinking about Joe.)

NICKS POV-I have to get that money to bail Joe out. I cant let him rot in there. He needs to see his babies. Because they miss him. I guess that I can go back to my old job.
