Shake the weight

I'm documenting my weight loss adventure. I'm doing the nutrisystem diet to lose weight by the time I get married. This is the first video of the series. I'm currently 5' 8" and a 198 lbs and want to get down to... healthy!

Does the food suck? I saw that there are hardly any calories either. I was thinking of buying it but haven't made up my mind yet. Lunch looks like a tough one, most meals seem to be only 150 cals or so.

That is great - good luck. I would never make it - I love my food too much! But we usually eat homecooked vs. the fast food - so there is my excuse not to even try! LOL Seriously though, I am supportin' ya and look forward to you making me laugh along the way!
