Yngwie describes his picking technique. This was captured from an old VHS tape from the early-90s. The VHS tape was pieced together from other instructional tapes. I plan to add all the segments from the tape since they are not available on DVD (to my knowledge). Besides Yngwie, other guitarists featured are George Lynch, Paul Gilbert and Richie Kotzen.

  • hhmmm, well, it actually sound better in slow motion...

  • and now slowly.. yeah right. you're not just fat, you're a fat liar.

  • @mclkay by the way, if you mastered Yngwie's technique only from watching his *instructional* videos, you must be gifted, man! But then again, probably you could have mastered it as well from watching his *musical* videos, and his instructionals are pointless from the consumer point of view.

Or is it that you never picked up a guitar in your life and are just trying to troll me?? :p

  • @mclkay Yeah, I'm probably not good enough to learn Yngwie's technique, I already gave up on that... But if he was a decent teacher and his instructional videos were any good, probably I'd keep trying. As I do with Paul Gilbert's instructional videos, most of which I'm not good enough to play either, but I don't care, I enjoy anyways. A great teacher does that!

  • @FedeST you're just not good enough to play guitar. give up on it.

  • Whats really hilarious in some of these "instructional" videos is when the tab scrolls across the bottom of the screen at 100 MPH

  • "And now, slowly..."

    lmao!
