Predicted working population -- predicted number of jobs = number of future jobs needed.
Predicted tech. level of future jobs = education, experience level required for such jobs.
As you said a higher level education will be the minimum for most future jobs. Since many cannot afford this education, the government will have to provide mandatory Masters and PhD. level education for free to the primary work force or all.
Population of available workers -- number of jobs = number of new jobs needed.
Number of products X cost of products = number of consumers X average income needed to buy these products, food, housing, transportation, clothes, technology.
New global players require previous ones to support them.
A growing population needs a growing number of jobs. Juggling the same jobs from country to country is only a partial fix for the countries that cannot manage their own economy. A global economy still requires the initial stronger countries to have a strong middle class to buy products. Juggling jobs decreases middle class consumers and does not support the plan long term.
Thank you Chairman Schwab. I like your idea of not just being result driven, also be value and service driven. Being only result driven has people working through lunch, evenings, weekends, and no vacation. This causes restaurant, hotel, family recreation, and vacation industry to close or lay people off. Less jobs = less consumers. We cannot be only corporate production speed driven, as all businesses are interdependent. People = jobs because services, not just gadgets are needed by people.
Future equations:
Predicted working population -- predicted number of jobs = number of future jobs needed.
Predicted tech. level of future jobs = education, experience level required for such jobs.
As you said a higher level education will be the minimum for most future jobs. Since many cannot afford this education, the government will have to provide mandatory Masters and PhD. level education for free to the primary work force or all.

Do the math:
Current equation:
Population of available workers -- number of jobs = number of new jobs needed.
Number of products X cost of products = number of consumers X average income needed to buy these products, food, housing, transportation, clothes, technology.
