That's quite possible. Throughout most of the world both Moron bush and Idiot cheney are considered War Criminals, and rove is known as the criminal behind them. There are very few countries that would accept them as visitors, and they can no longer can misuse Our military as a security force to protect themselves. We can only hope they are all prosecuted and sentenced for their actions. They are three of the most detestable creatures on Earth.
