I'm thinking of getting a DF1 and that video helped make up my mind. Very good quality. Would have been nice to see more filming variety tested (movement, focussing close-to-far, zoom, etc).

Thanks for your comments, I aimed to give a variety of aspects to the demo video and included close ups of the berries, near and distant shots of foliage to test the resolving power of the sensor/lens combination. There are a couple of sequences of walkers going across the frame and a cyclist to illustrate movement. I try never to zoom during filming, the zoom ring would not make for a steady ramp imho without modifying it to have a lever. Never the less this is a capable addition to my kit,

for a lossless video i suggest you to encode at 8mb/s ..the max that youtube can handle without compressing the file...anyway awesome quality as always:D
