  • I'm afraid I am unaware of this track's precise origin outside of BTS. If I knew I would have put it in the title, but so far finding any information whatsoever relating to it has been difficult.

  • This is 'not' Baba Yetu.

  • Actually it sounds English to me. Hard to comprehend though.

  • So, you know that one scenario in BTS called The Road to War? You know the music that plays on that scenario's title screen? Would anyone know what that music is called? I've been looking for it for ages. D:

  • Christmas meets the apocalypse now Them.

    Warlords Theme - 7 points

Beyond the Sword Theme - 6 points

  • fuckin' stomps that baba yetu shit

  • This song makes me think of a huge city with a huge population, but it's ran by a cruel police state. I think the presence of this song in this game is supposed to mean that all the threats of the world that are getting worse are going to make civilization become more of a fight for survival than what Baba Yetu was expressing, which was showing civilization as a time for achievements and wonder.

  • Oh, my brave soul, the father's sin...joyful...The faith of ...seas of god. Now for...in the sea. My brave soul... Tonight our world. Has turned from thee. Voyage onward, voyage onward, onward voyage. The mighty son of ....

    Hard to understand.

  • This is a far cry from the optimism and pride of civilization expressed in Baba Yetu.

It is even more pessimistic than the theme of Warlords, as while that depicts a buildup to war, it is not nearly as foreboding as this one: also, the music fits a pre-industrial warlord.

This song, by contrast, paints a bleak future and is a chilling combination of civilized and warlike. It emphasises how advancement in technology can be quite different from advancements in humanity.

  • I prefer it over Baba Yetu, it makes it feel less epic but in exchange it becomes more agressive.
