Well, I know that not many people made the connection, but the hospital is in New York.If you've ever been to New York city, you'll know what I'm referring to. If you drop dead in the middle of Manhattan, you'll be lucky if someone doesn't step over you and walk away without checking for your well-being. People in New York are mean as snakes.
