The movement to free Mumia is a world-wide movement and includes people from all walks of life and many different points of view. We all have two things we agree on. End the Death Penalty. Mumia is Innocent. Mumia has become the world's most famous political prisoner. When the USA abolishes the death penalty and when Mumia walks out of prison Philadelphia cops will have good reason to be afraid. Free all political prisoners. Free the Cuban 5, Lynne Stewart, Leonard Peltier and Aafia Siddiqui.

@phillyfireman These ppl dont care.They know he executed officer faulkner in cold blood but they hate cops,an think mumia is smart..All philly cops arent perfect especially recent events..But most of them are above par..I feel for maureen faulkner having to see or hear about this bullshit..We dont need anymore maureen faulkners on our hands thats for sure.

I am still not for the death penalty, but that does not absolve committing of a murder. Mumia was not holding any secret plans for the CIA. He did not have the answer for old age. He simply did not control himself when he saw his brother mix it up with a police officer. He acted with emotion and lost it murdering another human being. Killing Mumia won't bring Officer Faulkner back. Make me understand: Why won't his brother speak up and defend Mumia if he is innocent? This is why he is in prison.

Mumia's gun was a 38 revolver and the gun that killed the cop was a 45. A man admitted to killing that cop, and the judge was over heard saying "I'm going to help them fry that nigger". Um, I have to say that if you don't see that Mumia is innocent then I would have to you are probably a racist that can't see past Mumia's dreads.

The nation is aware of the vast number of innocent people convicted and sent to death row because so many have been released after new evidence came to light. As a result most states with the notable exception of Texas have moved to abolish the death penalty or restrict its use. We need to ask why the Joe Clariks of our country refuse to acknowledge blatant suppression of evidence and witnesses in Mumia's case. If it was suppressed, how could we read it in the transcripts?

The information from me Part 1, 2,3,4 are taken directly from the trial transcripts. It sucks, the truth I mean. Truth is irrelevant here to supporters of Mumia, it's not about truth, it is about pulling an OJ. Allowing him to get away with murder. Like I said, the death penalty,that I can understand your concern,but eyewitnesses and irrefutable evidence makes your point moot.

3 "witnesses" testified that Mumia stood over Faulkner. If you are for truth then deal with the suppressed evidence in photos showing no craters beside Faulkner's body where shots missed. You say only Mumia's prints were found on his gun when a suppressed photo clearly shows a cop holding it barehanded. How come the police did not test Mumia or his gun for blowback and recent firing. Mumia is innocent. Framed.
