@ScythetheReaperhog Any character can get owned by anyone with enough practice. Jecht is phenomenal with guards (not on Exdeath's level) but Jecht Block will stop just about anything coming at him head-on. However, Exdeath's Omni Block trumps all other guard techniques as it blocks just about any attack, whether it's Brave or HP.

Sephiroth can get around Jecht Block using Hell's Gate, Heaven's Light or a fully charged Meteor. Cloud... I don't think he has a counter to Jecht Block.
