  • yes, always tiring, always shocking the body, and building perfect legs. Do 4-6 sets every week to minimize soreness and get the best result! Each set go until you cannot stand up, then rest for a couple minutes before the next!

  • my legs have alot of muscle. I want them to look thinner. I have that my thighs touch too
