ALAMID MARTIAL ART is a modern scientific way of self-defense. It was developed years before, but was seldom seen on screen and in actual demonstration for it was continuously practiced with prudence and secrecy. Now it is open to the world of martial skill, with its distinct style in approaching an assailant, it uses electrifying twitching strikes which are not seen in other martial arts.

That's brutal style! All martial arts has its strengths and weaknesses. It is how the fighter uses the techniques and executes tactics. Follow whatever style that resonates for you. For me, WOW!!!!! ALAMID!!!! A very cool way of martial art.....

For me alamid is a mind enhancer based on agility, precise blow, power and speed. the exercise you see here is only the basic flow and not the complex one. you can train this in a short period of time and would be able to fight. It was designed basically for your warrior instinct and not the art, it is a concept tested through deadly matches, in other words it works effectively. I've learned a lot... pls more. Thanks!
