Half-Life 2: All Knowing Vortigaunt

This is the "All Knowing Vortigaunt" easter egg from Half-Life 2, at the end of the Water Hazard chapter.

I know the audio is off in places, Fraps was being stubborn. Also, if you're wondering about the weapons, I was playing using the SMOD Remastered: Redux mod, with some personal edits to it. I got up to the pipe with a legitamite technique called the Shovel Jump, similar to a Quake rocket jump.
