First impressions of this electronic cigearette from TECC but mainly my experiences of reducing tobacco use after 30 years of smoking.

  • I'd be more worried about the effects of constant inhalation of the propylene glygol substrate that is vaporized.

Not as worried about cigarette smoke, on balance, but worried.

  • Agreed. Research is taking place on the effects of long term inhalation of PG. But after smoking for 30 years I can say I feel better for transferring to e-cigs by miles. I would like to see urgent research completed. I really beleive e-cigs could spell the end for tobacco.

  • i got this yesterday and i am well impressed :)

  • @kwkrussell I'm on the same page dawg

I ended up getting a Tornado-Tank from totally wicked

give it a search it's not a bad product

doesn't feel like a toy, I'm rather surprised at how enjoyable throat and lung feel it gives off

  • @JosephMBoyer This is my feeling too! Sometimes my cigs just burn down sitting there. It IS all those actions, keeping my hands busy. I may go hours without a cig if I'm busy but if not I'll smoke one after another like if I'm reading. I just am so confused as to which one to buy,too many!

Fair enough - but I'd rather just quit smoking - which is what I did. e-cigs didn't do anything for me. I ended up getting a scrip' for something. Can't remember what it was (like 2 years ago). One of the ones that gives you weird dreams. Anyway, a month on that and cigs just didn't do anything for me anymore; I just stopped buying them.

  • @Fordi I've had my pneumonia shot, and pneumonia can be cured unlike cancer. I'd rather have people getting pneumonia which can be fixed than having cancer which can't be fixed.

  • @009jorge1

Because that's better somehow. You're still inhaling something that doesn't absorb well through the lungs, and that condenses to a viscous liquid that makes a nice moist home for airborne bacteria. I mean, PG isn't anymore toxic than glycerin; at a significant amount of either and all you'll get is the shits. Inhalation, though, carries a risk of pneumonia.

Cigarettes are worse, sure. Moisture isn't nearly as bad as carcinogens.

  • @Fordi It's vegetable gylcerol (glycerin)

  • you're right

smoking isn't just about the nicotine

it's about seeing the ignition, feeling the burn, and enjoying the burn

the entire process is what I love,

I'm buying a ecig soon to help quit completely, in high hopes

  • can i have like the website where you got this from coz i really do not know which one to get and i dont want to pick up a crapy one which is going to cause more harm cheers :)

  • @Edifred2007 You can buy the VG version instead of PG Glycerin or glycerol is totally safe. danger levels, a real cigarette is, has 33 killing chemicals, this only has possibly 1 maybe 2 PG being the second. Flavors contain a possible carcinogen <1% but still exists is the first. Nicotine is the main hold up with this product for the moment all it will take is if someone abuses it.
