Tana is very accustomed to being a "big fish" in a small pond. Definitely NOT accustomed to big city business analysis. Even if as a Team leader, if you give someone a task, and allow them to "own it"; you should still verify everything that the member does. Because at the end of the day, the weight of the task STILL falls on the Leader's shoulders. No one cares what the employees do. The leader still carries the responsibility of over-sight.
