Hold them for as long as is comfortable, where you can still breathe easily and remain relaxed and calm! :)

How long should you hold each pose? For example, I am learning headstands, but do I try to hold them for three minutes? or as long as I can?

Futo in gat nu cade dak i se scoala pula ii da lu ala in ceafa cu ea ce plm pana si sunetele de balene muiste sunt mai interesante asa ca hai salvati balenele nu va mai pisati in ocean!!!
