@umroo2014 - perhaps what you are noticing is that she doesn't have a large voice, but she has incredible control, resulting in agility as well as perfect purity and clarity of sound. To me what is haunting is the purity of her voice. I actually sense an immense strength behind it - but instead of translating into a huge Wagnerian sound, it translates into something very light, controlled, and refined.

Such a beautiful blending of voices in this exquisite music.

As always, Monteverdi is the best compositer ever.
And the purily beutiful voices of this two sopranos, it's really great.

Try WIMA. There are lots of sheet-music pieces around. (Werner Icking Music Archive) Good luck!

Does anyone know how I can find the sheet music for this song? I have looked all the places I can think of. I would like to do it for my recital in February.
@SatsukiYun Don't you find something hauntingly beautiful about Emma? I've always been fascinated by the fact that what she lacks in physical vocal strength, she makes up for with the power to move with emotions. It's hard to describe it, but it's one of the greatest voices I've ever heard. she does early baroque much justice.
