you saw a minor protest with anarchists and think you know anything. How about showing up for a real event. A g8 or g20 summit. How about a black bloc protest. Then you can really appreciate what happens. Your looking for violence and livid behavior toward everything. Thats not how it works unless provoked. The video was really well made though.

@chorizo1337 is this a serious question? wow
-
They don't want to abolish those services. Closet statists implies anarchists secretly want a state, which is blatant nonsense.
-
@GodOfTheInternets I understand that they pay for those services, there is nothing wrong for them using those services since they paid into them, but i never hear them wanting to abolish those services because the government uses violence to pay for them. basically left wing anarchists are closeted statists

Furthermore, just because anarchists don't want gov't it doesn't mean we don't want universal health care, roads, education, etc. we just don't want it to be funded through coercion (i.e. taxation). In fact, many anarchists want money abolished (i.e. anarcho-communism).
read An Anarchist FAQ for more info.

The point is freedom and authority are mutually exclusive, that's why anarchists oppose gov't. Anarchists make use of roads, health care, education all provided by the government because it is not the gov't who pays for it, it is the people through taxation who pay for it. Anarchists pay for their own education, health care and use of roads indirectly through taxation so it's not hypocritical of them to make us of it.
-
@GodOfTheInternets also no its not hypocritical of that person to use healthcare, because they already pay into the system, and they would prefer a voluntary system (not one based off taxation)
-
@GodOfTheInternets what I find unusual is the anarchists are getting angry about what happens in government, why does that matter since they dont want govt?
-
@GodOfTheInternets Except not everyone technically requires healthcare, is it the best option usually? Sure, but if you want to full ration health care goods, maybe the more sick and frail should be using up those resources. Health care is not required, but something good to have
-
Imagine a country with nationalized health care, imagine a person who advocated the privatization of health care. this person becomes sick, is it hypocritical for him to make use of health care? According to your logic: yes. According to common sense: no.

as funny as this video is, in reality its frustrating trying to "demonstrate" you fuck shit up cuz your sick of the police beating you up and everyone bitches, you try and be responsible and respectable and polite etc. and you're made fun of,they're young and obviously new,and that young "i'm gonna change the world" ideal hasn't been crushed yet,but this is why shit gets blown up,one gets frustrated;trying to impart a misunderstood idea&protest etc., to be effective,¬ look like a retard

A fair criticism. I've heard similar views expressed by others.
