Lessley Anderson, CHOW's senior editor, has been following the beers made by brewmaster Vinnie Cilurzo Russian River Brewing Company, and has written about the wild yeast they use, called Brettanomyces. Here, she explains why she appoints Cilurzo's Supplication ale as the perfect beer, and CHOW follows as Cilurzo talks about how the beer is made.

No, more like pretty much anything from Surly, Stone, Russian River (the brewery represented in this video), Three Floyds, Founders, Deschutes, Bells, Firestone Walker, The Bruery, Cigar City, Troegs, Rogue, AleSmith, Hair of the Dog, New Glarus, Sierra Nevada, Alpine, Great Lakes, Hill Farmstead, Goose Island, Portsmouth, Kuhnhenn, The Lost Abbey, The Funky Buddha Lounge, etc etc etc.
You must think the only beer in the US comes from Bud/Miller/Coors. Well, it doesn't.
