vai conseguir rodar sim
no windows xp DX9
nem pense em tentar rodar no windows vista, vai dar um lag desgracado.
o unico problema teu seria a placa de video
essa placa tem um clock muito baixo,( metade dos atributos da minha) mas eu acho que roda no low com uns 20 fps no windows XP DX9.
