Hey all, this is an application called TUIO Smoke. It was developed by cicada at nuigroup.com/forums (or right here for the direct link: http://nuigroup.com/forums/viewthread/5952/P15/)

Don't know what that little box is? It's an MTmini. It allows me to control programs using a PS3 eye, some free software, a cardboard box, and a piece of plexiglass with paper!
