Speed run of Thunder Force 3 for the Genesis / Mega Drive. I Played the game on mania (hardest) but it's still too easy as you'll see on the video. The soundtrack is great as are the graphics for a first generation Genesis game.

That end boss is so easy to beat, really. When I was young I thought I just didn't get English so well. Later I realised the translation was just crappy. :P
