yer this is because mk3's sub-zero is this sub-zero's younger brother
midway decided to give the yunger sub-zero this fatality in mk4 because of the enormous popularity of it in mk1
and sicne the original sub-zero is noob saibot now with diff fatalities they just decided to give classic sub-zeros fatality to the younger brother in mk4

nope but the snes version got banned in places and because of mk1 nintendo put a strictly no violence on our console rule for the snes
the sega mega drive or genesis as its called in som countries was nothing compared to mk1 on the snes
