Japan did "SOME bad things"? They were marauding through China for 6 years before Pearl Harbor, Killing hundres of thousands of civilians. And they weren't exactly greeted as "liberators", either. America imposed economic sanctions only, in an attempt to stop them. Japan then attacks the US and Britain.

All the people killed at Pearl Harbor were INNOCENT as well. No Pearl Harbor - no atom bombs. Period.
