He's not enjoying you tickling him,no offense but your jerking your bird off and you probably don't even know it.That's why he likes what your doing to him .Seriously,it might sound like I'm being funny but parrots have a strong sex drive.IF,they don't have a mate,your finger will become it's mate.I had a Lorikeet that use to hump the living crap out of my socks and slippers.There was no particular season,this little guy was on automatic all the time ! I have a video on my utube page(Ricky).CIO!

@demmylowther Thanks for you comment, but I know the difference. My wife and I run a parrot rescue (currently housing about 30 birds) and we are well aware of what it looks like when a bird is masturbating. We are also pretty familiar with Seymore's behavior, and trust me, this is not what he looks like when he is sexing himself!

Well, he didn't like it at first! But then after I started scratching his neck he decided that I was doing a good thing lol! Plus it's a big game with lots of excitement, right up his alley!
