Climbing Volcano Agua. Antigua,Guatemala

Offroad ride and hike to the top of Volcano Agua. A vigorous one hour ride by Land rover, followed by four hours of hiking to get to the top. With no sounds of civilization, and heavenly views, this was an experience of a lifetime. A guided foot tour can take a half day to get to the top, there are also overnight tours that include camping at the top. If you ever visit Guatemala, Volcano Agua is just a fraction of the beauty that the Antigua area offers.
