On Saturday, November 28, 2009 at approximately 10:25 p.m., Emergency Communications received a call for a robbery of a citizen at the Bank of America in the 700 block of Lynnhaven Parkway.
Investigators learned that the victim drove up to the ATM to deposit money. The suspect approached her drivers side window, displayed a handgun, and demanded the victims money. The victim gave the suspect the money and he fled on foot towards Lynnhaven Parkway.

The suspect is described as black male, 56 to 58 tall, and 180 to 200 lbs. He was last seen wearing a black hooded sweat shirt under a black vest, black jeans, white t-shoes (running type), and black knit cap.
