@fbgang Depends on your genes, body structure, nutrition, effort you put in, cardio workout and many other factors but you might see some results after 2 weeks.
As I said - it depends on many factors. I take myself as an example, in 3 months I had 6 pack abs and was pretty ripped, BUT my workout consisted of everday hard weight training + running at night + strict diet and I really transformed in 3 monts, though 2 weeks are ENOUGH to see SOME results. I haven't said he'll become Pudzinowski in 2 weeks, Remember, results are the fastest in the beginning because muscles are starting to activate, later results are a lot ahrder to achieve ;)
