You bench alot of weight for how small your chest/shoulders are, post a vid of that it would be impressive. How old are you? Do you not squat or deadlift? Why are your bicep curls so weak, they shoudl be much higher considering you can do 17 chins?

dude you have 6 eggs for breakfast? Do you know how much cholesterol there is in a SINGLE egg?
One egg makes up pretty much all of your recommended daily intake of cholesterol. If you want to have so many eggs then have egg whites as they don't contain any cholesterol..

studies show that the cholesterol in eggs promote muscle growth in men...as they effect the hormons...you might even say they have a steriodal effect to some degree...also there are different kinds of cholesterol...not all cholesterols are bad for you...eggs have the good kind actually :)
